ROCK ISLAND AUCTION COMPANY ANNOUNCES THE SEPTEMBER PREMIERE AUCTION AS A COLLECTION OF MASTERPIECES

 

Rock Island Auction Company’s September Premiere Auction will feature six impressive collections as well as outstanding Winchesters, Colts, U.S., German and Japanese military arms, sporting arms and many historically important pieces.  Just a few of the  extremely rare and historically important items include: a NRA museum displayed, documented, personal John F. Kennedy M1 Garand National Match rifle as well as a cased, engraved Winchester 1866 carbine made for the King of Spain, Alfonso XII.  Equally rare Class III arms are also available including a Colt model 1921 Thompson submachine gun with FBI carrying case and accessories.  The Fantastic Four – Ulrich engraved pre-64 Winchester bolt action model 70’s featured in the Winchester Model 70’s book headlines an outstanding grouping of sporting arms.  Rock Island Auction Company’s second Premiere Auction of 2007 covers three days with a full day of preview on Friday before the Saturday, Sunday and Monday sales.
