The right side of the barrel extension has the three crown over Gothic letter proofs next to the Imperial Eagle proof, and the left side has the four digit serial number. The bottom of the barrel has the correct four digit serial number along with the letter suffix and the bore diameter of "8,83" and the top right rear is marked with the Imperial Eagle. Correctly marked "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" on the safety and extractor respectively. It is complete with two nickel plated magazines, one has an unmarked aluminum base and the other one has wooden base marked "3593n/script letter proof". The holster is a WWII version that is marked on the back, "KOLD/1939" with a partial Waffenamt proof. | ||
| Condition: | Very fine with 90% of the faded original blue finish with wear on the edges and high spots overall with blue loss on the side plate, stock lug and muzzle area. The grips are in very good condition with nice checkering on both sides with only a small chip in the upper rear corner of the left grip under the safety lever. The holster is in fair condition with nice tight stitching overall, with the belt loops removed and the back altered for a belt loop. The pistol has matching numbers except both magazines as noted above. | ||
