The top of the rear portion of the barrel is marked with the "Hammer and Sickle" surrounded by a wreath over 1948, (year of manufacture) over the serial number, over the "Arrow in a Triangle" proof of the Ishevsk Arsenal. It is has the late pattern side folding cruciform bayonet, military style tangent rear sight straight style stock five shot box magazine and is complete with an original cleaning rod.

It has the flat folding barrel mounted bayonet, military style adjustable rear sight and hooded front sight. The top cover is unmarked. It is complete with a cleaning rod and tan sling. Import marks on right lower side of barrel.
