The lot includes one sealed box of twenty International Harvester M1 Garand followers, five M1/M2 Carbine mags, bayonets, four 1911 pistol double magazine canvas pouches, four M1/M2 Carbine double magazine canvas pouches, two M15 grenade launcher sight kits for M1 Carbine, nine canvas slings, ten M4 bayonets (eight with scabbards), one M6 bayonet, two M7 bayonets with scabbards, one Danish contract M1 Garand scabbard, and one German Kar98k bayonet with scabbard. All items in good to very good condition. Also includes a World War I American Expeditionary Forces identity card (partial/torn edges) of 1st Lieutenant J. Willard Newton of the 103rd Field Artillery. J. Willard Newton arrived overseas to St. Nazaire, France on October 5, 1917 and returned to the United States on April 10, 1919 after his involvement in numerous offensives including Aisne-Marne, St. Mihiel, Verdun, and Meuse-Argonn.
