Cased Engraved Francotte Double Barrel Shotgun

Concave matted rib with a single front bead, choked modified and improved cylinder, 2-9/16 inch chambers, barrels are marked "VON LENGERKE & DETMOND, U.S. AGENTS. NEW YORK". Boxlock action with scroll engraving, oak leaf fences. Double triggers, tang safety with a gold letter "S". Blued top lever and triggerguard. Greener cross bolt, and extractors. Pistol grip European walnut stock with a Pachmayr pad. Splinter forearm with engraved latch and knuckle. Tan colored takedown hard case with a green wool interior. Makers label inside the lid.

ConditionFine as refurbished to near new condition with 99% plus finish on the barrels. 20% case color on the action with good engraving. Freshened stock finish and checkering. Tight action. Hard case is like new. A very nice A. Francotte 16 gauge double barrel shotgun.
