A) Deutsche Werke Ortgies Model Semi-Automatic Pistol with Holster and Spare Magazine

Fixed blade and notch sights on slide with one-line Ortgies patent marking over the two-line Deutsche Werke address. The right side of the slide, barrel and frame are marked with single "crown / N" proofs and "GERMANY" import mark is stamped on the underside of the frame, under the serial number. Fitted with smooth hardwood grips with Ortgies, Heinrich and Company medallions and a Ortgies, Heinrich and Company marked nickel plated magazine. Complete with unmarked black leather holster containing a Ortgies, Heinrich and Company marked nickel plated magazine.

ConditionExcellent with 97% original blue finish remaining with some high edge wear and minor scratches. There is some light thinning on the left side of the slide. The grips are excellent with some minor scratches and a couple of minor dents. The markings are highlighted in white and are clear and crisp. The holster is very good with the latching strap exhibiting heavy age cracking and minor flaking.

The right side of the slide, barrel and frame are marked with single "crown/ N" proofs and "GERMANY" import mark on the underside of the frame, under the serial number. Fitted with smooth hardwood grips with Deutche Werke medallions and a Deutsche Werke marked magazine. Complete with unmarked black leather holster containing a Deutsche Werke magazine.

ConditionExcellent with 95% of original blue finish with light to heavy edge wear and light fading overall. There is some minor flaking on the back grip strap and some light pin pricking on the left slide. The grips are very good with some minor pressure dents and some minor scratches. The markings are highlighted in white and are clear and crisp. The holster is good with heavy age cracking and minor flaking on the strap and flap with a magazine indentation. The magazine pouch has a slight rip and light flaking.
