Blade front and flip-up buckhorn rear sight and added adjustable rear tang sight. Barrel marked "FOR BLACK POWDER" on the rear left side. Top of receiver marked "MARLIN SAFETY". Casehardened receiver, hammer, and crescent butt plate. Plain forearm with metal end cap and straight grip stock.

Partially refurbished (receiver, wood), with some scattered light spotting on the 70% original blue barrel overall. The magazine tube and end cap has been refinished and the breech block shows no wear. Casehardening is nearly all present on the receiver and about 40% on the butt plate with dings and pitting. Wood has small dings and small blemishes and has been revarnished. Mechanically excellent
