This is an example of a late WWII U.S. Navy contract Remington Model 11 in near new condition. Single bead sight on barrel with the two line address and patent markings on top ahead of the "U.S. (bomb)" mark, and "CYL WMM (Naval anchor)" on the left side behind the 2 3/4" chamber mark. Standard receiver and bolt markings, with "U.S. (Ordnance bomb) MILITARY FINISH" on the upper left side. Smooth pistol grip stock, with a beavertail forearm, crossed cannon and "FJA" inspection marks on the left side of the buttstock, and a serrated plastic buttplate. LOP 13 3/4".
