Produced by Kayaba Kogyo for the Japanese Navy up to 1945. Finished in a black lacquer paint. On top of the breech is an inspection proof and a Naval anchor, and the barrels are color coded (white top, green/ black right and red/yellow left). The Kayaba mark is present on the right side of the frame and on the rear mounted cocking knob. Standard patent markings, with red and white filled safety markings, checkered grips and a lanyard ring on the butt. The assembly number 4208 is present on all parts. Complete with a rare leather flap holster.
