This is a tangent sight/slotted back strap Model 1935 pistol that was manufactured before the Germans took over the factory in 1940. Standard slide markings without German acceptance proofs. The left side of trigger guard bow has a "Crown/AC" proof mark with the standard Belgium firing and acceptance proofs on the left side of the frame and slide. The right side has the matching stacked frame and slide serial number and the barrel is correctly numbered on the back side.
Refinished with 90% blue finish overall with some arsenal/importer reblue, showing minor old pitting under the blue on the sides and top of the slide and sides of the frame under the grips. The replaced grips are very good with nice checkering on both sides, showing flaking of the varnish around the edges of the grips. The markings are clear and distinct.
