Stevens marked barrel with a Rocky Mountain type front sight, sporting rear. A wedge of scroll engraving with a gold wire band at the breech and muzzle ends of the barrel. Scroll engraved action with gold inlaid borders, "favorite" marks on the receiver top flat and on "Model 1915" marked tang. Straight grip stock with a hard rubber butt plate.
