Description:

This model was manufactured from 1905 to 1907. This example is in amazing condition with highly desirable, original, untouched nickel plating. Factory records indicate this exceptional revolver was assigned on August 10, 1906 to the “Smith & Wesson showcase," held for display in the special showcases, then located in the factory rotunda. Matching serial numbers on the butt, right grip panel and barrel. Purchased by our consignor from the long time personal collection of S&W historian Roy Jinks.

Rating Definition:

Excellent plus overall, retaining over 99% original nickel finish showing minimal handling evidence, vibrant original case colors on the hammer and trigger and crisp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent. This .32-20 Hand Ejector will be impossible to improve upon!
