Description:

Manufactured in 1877-1888. This example has standard sights and markings. The underside of the top strap and top of the lower strap have the matching serial numbers.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, retains 85% plus of the original nickel finish with some scattered light flaking, most noticeably on the cylinder, revealing a smooth grey patina. The grips are also very fine with minimal handling evidence and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, retains 90% plus of the original nickel finish, the ejector rod showing a smooth grey patina, and some minor tool marks around the screw on the left. The grips are also very fine with some light wear and otherwise crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Very fine, retains 90% plus of the original nickel finish with some evidence of light cleaning on the barrel and a few scattered patches of very light flaking. The grips are also very fine with a few minor flat spots in the otherwise well-defined checkering. Mechanically excellent.
