Manufactured in 1950. Ramped beaded blade front and two leaf flip up rear notch sights, standard barrel markings, and Winchester "WP" proofs at the breech. Standard markings, polished bolt with late safety, polished follower, and "SUPER GRADE" marked floorplate. The receiver is mounted with a Lyman Alaskan scope on a Griffin and Howe mount. Multi-point checkered pistol grip stock with black forend tip, hard rubber Winchester grip cap with initial escutcheon marked "J/G/P", raised cheek piece, and red rubber Winchester recoil pad.
Excellent, retaining 95% original blue finish with some muzzle wear and some wear on the bolt handle. Stock is very fine with some separation at the seam of the nosecap and some varnish loss at the nosecap as well as overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Scope is very fine with some hazing optics and crisp reticle.
