Excellent Early Production Heckler & Koch/ Golden State Arms G3 Semi-Automatic Rifle with Bayonet and Accessories
- Serial no. 2146, 7.62 mm Nato cal., 19 inch round bbl., phosphate finish, walnut stock, plastic grips. Made in Germany for the Santa Fe Division of Golden State Arms, these early G3 rifles were only imported for one year as part of H&Ks initial push into the American market. Hooded post front sight, with a four-position drum rear sight. The left side of the magazine well bears the H&K model marking, serial number and “7/62” date, with the left side of the trigger group bearing Golden State’s markings and “S/E” marked selector positions. Ribbed and ventilated forearm, with a smooth plastic pistol grip, and fixed buttstock. Includes metal handguard, telescoping stock, “ub” marked training bolt/carrier assembly (training ammo not included), and four extra sealed magazines. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 97% plus original phosphate finish with cycling wear and limited minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 16,000 - 25,000

Scarce Desirable SIG AMT Semi-Automatic Rifle - Serial no. 15932, 7.62x51 Nato cal., 20 inch round bbl., phosphate/blue finish, walnut stock, plastic grips. A semi-automatic commercial export model of the Swiss SG-510-4 battle rifle, the AMT (American Match Target) was imported by several firms, with this example imported by Benet Arms. In keeping with Swiss military tradition, the 510-4 was built for ranged precision while still being a rugged infantry rifle capable of handling the harsh conditions of alpine warfare and was sought out by nations such as Bolivia and Chile for issue as designated marksman weapons. Post front sight and 600-meter range adjustable peep rear sight, flash hider, swiveling bipod mounted at the front of the ventilated handguard, and a folding carry handle. The receiver is equipped with a “T” shaped cocking handle, “S/1” marked 3-position selector and “5932/SIG/Made/In/Switzerland” on top of the buttstock socket. Equipped with a ribbed plastic pistol grip, walnut forearm and buttstock, and a ribbed steel buttplate.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 95% original finish with limited handling marks and some spotting on the lower receiver and buttstock socket as well as a few minor dings in the wood. Mechanically excellent.
