Artillery Luger Semi-Automatic Pistol - Serial no. 2106a, 9 mm
Luger cal., 8 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. This pistol has
crown/script letter and Imperial eagle firing proofs with the chamber
dated 1915 and the DWM monogram stamped on the toggle. The tangent
rear sight is graduated 1-8 and is numbered to the gun. Visible numbers match. Straw colored small parts, checkered grips, and a Mec-Gar magazine.
CONDITION: Fine. The pistol retains 70% faded original blue finish showing some thinning to a brown and high edge wear. The small parts retain traces of original straw color. There is some pin point pitting (mostly on the barrel).
The grips are fine with a spot of heavy wear on
the left panel and some minor blemishes in the
checkering. Mechanically fine.

Nine” Broomhandle
Semi-Automatic Pistol with Matching Shoulder Stock -
Serial no. 78975, 9 mm parabellum cal., 5 1/2 inch round bbl.,
blue finish, hardwood grips. Manufactured 1916-1918. Blade
front and 500-meter tangent rear sights, with the three-line
address on the top chamber flat, “crown/gothic letter” military
proof on the right chamber flat, “crown/crown/U” on the
chamber and bolt, and the two-line address on the right side
of the frame. External numbers are matching overall with a New Safety hammer, slotted back strap, and matching numbered 25-groove grips with a branded and red-filled “9” on each panel. Included with the pistol is a shoulder stock with matching number stamped on the iron. CONDITION: Fine, with 75% of the original blue finish, showing areas of brown patina, some dings on the front of the magazine, edge wear, and a few small areas of shallow pitting. Some artificial browning is visible on the floorplate and trigger guard. The grips are also fine, with light dings and dents. The stock is fine as refinished, with legible proof and a few dents. Automatic Pistol with Shoulder Stock - Serial no. 336604, 7.63 mm Mauser auto cal., 5 1/2 inch round bbl., blue finish, hardwood grips. Manufactured about 1915-1921. Blade front and 1000 yard tangent rear sights, with “crown/crown/U”, “crown/gothic letter” and the Mauser Oberndorf address on the chamber, the address repeated on the right side of the
a small ring hammer. Fitted with
32-groove grips. External
numbers are matching, along
with the floor plate and grips.
Includes a shoulder stock
numbered “662”, leather stock
harness, and a wood-handled
cleaning rod.
CONDITION: Fine, with 75% of
the original blue finish, with wear from the
stock on the underside of the barrel and
the high edges, areas of brown patina, and
minor spotting and handling marks. The
grips are also very good, with some light
scratches and dings. The stock has some
cracking and scuffing, and the incomplete
harness has lost pieces, broken stitching, scuffing and
cracks. Mechanically excellent.

Wartime Commercial Broomhandle Semi-Automatic
Pistol with Matching Shoulder Stock - Serial no. 81536,
7.63 mm Mauser auto cal., 5 1/2 inch round bbl., blue finish,
walnut grips. This is an early WWI era wartime commercial
contract Broomhandle Mauser pistol that is complete with
the original combination wooden shoulder stock. This pistol
has the wartime blued finish with the heat blued small parts
and the grip panels with the narrow serrations. The top of the barrel chamber area is marked
“WAFFENFABRIK/MAUSER/OBERNDORF A/N” and the left side of the chamber is marked with a
“crown/U” with an additional “crown/U” proof on top of the rear section of the breech bolt and a
small letter “M” Mauser proof on the underside of the barrel. The right side rear frame is marked
“WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER/OBERNDORF A. NECKAR/D.R.P.U.A.P.”. It is fitted with the standard fixed
front sight, adjustable rear sight graduated from 50 to 1000 meters with the small ring hammer
without the later “NS” markings. The pistol is fitted with the standard commercial 12 groove grip
panels with a lanyard loop stud on the bottom of the butt. As noted, it is complete with an original
and matching combination wooden shoulder stock with the matching attaching iron that is numbered on top.
CONDITION: Very fine with 85% plus of the slightly faded original blued finish with wear on the edges and high spots overall and the front edge of the frame and the grip straps. 40% of the original nitre blue remains on the small parts. The grips are fine with minimal handling marks with just some light wear on the front edges from use. The refinished stock is good with two old age/shrinkage cracks on the left side. The cracks are approximately 2 and 5 inches and have been repaired using period military field repair methods of threaded brass screws. The hinge on the stock retain 40% of the original blue finish. Mechanically excellent.
