Scarce and Desirable Colt Boa Double Action Revolver with
Box and Factory Letter - Serial no. BOA0868, 357 magnum cal., 6 inch vent rib bbl., blue
finish, rosewood grips. Developed as a combination of the Mark V Trooper frame and the Python barrel, the Colt Boa was manufactured only in 1985 as a Lew Horton Distributing limited edition, with a total run of
only 1,200, and only 600 in this configuration, making it among the rarest of the production model Colt “snake” double actions. The
included factory letter lists this revolver as having a 6 inch barrel chambered in .357 Magnum with “Royal Blue” finish and checkered rosewood stocks when shipped to Lew Horton Distributing Co. in Southboro, Massachusetts on March 8, 1985. Includes original Colt “wood grain” box.
CONDITION: Excellent overall retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited
handling marks, a faint cylinder drag line, and crisp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent. Box is fine with storage and handling marks and wear. Estimate: 13,000 - 19,000

Scarce Colt Lew Horton Special Edition Combat Cobra Double Action Revolver with Box - Serial no. CC0277, 357 magnum cal., 2 1/2 inch solid rib bbl., bright stainless finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in 1987 for the Lew Horton Distributing Company as one of 1,000 of these special King Cobra variant revolvers. Standard markings and features. Includes original Colt “Heritage” box.
CONDITION: Excellent overall with limited handling marks and a cylinder drag line. Mechanically excellent. Box is very good with storage and handling marks, tape repairs, and some splitting on the corners. Estimate: 6,500 - 8,500
