Massive and Majestic Sitting Lion by Barye -
Magnificent lion bronze signed by Barye (French 19th C). The king of the jungle is greatly sculpted to show how massive he is with the flowing mane of his hair dropping around his head. His back quarters resting before he springs to action. The artist signature of Barye inscribed on the front paw. Measures 57x46x30 inches. Weighs 250 pounds.
CONDITION: Very good with minor storage and handling marks. Estimate: 4,000 - 6,500

Tremendous Stag Head Forest Themed Bronze by
Barye - This large 2 stag head vase or planter is signed
Barye (French 19th C). This great hallway mansion forest
vase depicts 2 trophy size stag head busts entangled with tree limbs and other floral roots. The bulbous shape of the vase has forest decorations surrounding the entire vase including the two handles that can be used to transport it. Measures 26x26x47 inches. The vase is signed Barye on the bottom side of the case. Weight 101 pounds.
CONDITION: Very good with limited storage and handling marks. Estimate: 4,000 - 6,000

Two Eagles Fighting for a Fish Polychrome Bronze - This dynamic and realistic polychrome bronze
portrayal of two eagles fighting for their next meal is real to life. Scott captures
the upper eagle defending his prey from the lower eagle. The bronze rests on a circular bronze plinth. The chasing of both birds is very
good and the fish realistic is superb. Signed “Scott” on the base. Measures
29x30x44 inches. Weighs 103 pounds. CONDITION: Very good overall, showing some light storage/display evidence.

(French mid 19th C). This
boar is on all 4 feet looking forward to capture game or attack an unwary hunter. The tusks are pointed straight on with his ears down by his side and the body is lean and mean. Signed Fratin on the bottom of his leg. Measures 31x50x13 inches, and weights 103 pounds. CONDITION: Very good with limited storage and handling marks.

Standing Mother Bear with Her Cub Bronze by Barye
- This great animalier bronze was designed by Barye
(French 19th C) who depicted animals in their natural
setting. This standing mother bear is upright on her two feet looking forward to see if any enemies will be after her cub which rests on her side. The baby bear has 4 paws on the ground also looking ahead for danger. Great detail on both the mother bear & her cub. Measures 40x26x24 inches, and weighs 82 lbs. Signed on the bronze base Barye.
CONDITION: Very good with minimum handling marks.

Prize Winning Stag with 8 Point Rack by Fratin - This great depiction of a forest stag looking forward with his rear legs resting on a tree trunk base to see if there are any available maidens that will be impressed with his masculine appearance. Measures: 26x15x38 inches, weight 60lbs. Signed Fratin on the base of the bronze. CONDITION: Very good with only very slight handling and storage marks.

Lady Justice Bronze - This large dynamic symbol of the legal system shows the blindfolded Lady Justice, or Themis as the ancient Greeks called her. She is holding the scales of justice in her left hand while her right hand holds the sword to handle the punishment of the guilty. She stands on a bronze base with serpent around her feet. Measures 30x20x60 inches. Weighs 105 pounds. This bronze would be ideal for an office, court room, or lawyer’s office.
