length of pull. Mounted to the action is a Schmidt & Bender 4-16x50 Long Range Scope. The consignor states this gun was owned by a Texas SWAT Captain. CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 99% plus original black finish on the receiver with limited handling marks, a patch of spotting on the bolt, oxidation on the trigger, and spotting on the muzzlebrake. Mechanically excellent. Scope is very fine with clear optics and a crisp reticle. Estimate: 4,000 - 6,500

Blaser R93 Attache Straight Pull Bolt Action Rifle with Cases, Extra Barrels, and Scopes -
Serial no. BC-07045, 375 H&H magnum cal., 24 1/2 inch round bbl., black finish, walnut stock. Manufactured 1994-2002. The Blaser series of rifles are known for their extreme modularity. The design allows the
user to change the barrel assembly
with just two screws. Their other
claim to fame is that they retain zero after doing so by having
the scope mounted to the barrel rather than the receiver. This
makes swaps quick and easy in the field. The current barrel
features a muzzle brake, ramped beaded blade front sight, and
express rear sights with a Swarovski Habicht 1.25-4x24 scope
attached. The stock is checkered, highly figured walnut with an
ebony forend tip and engraved “RLG” grip cap. The receiver side
plates and bolt knob are also highly figured walnut. Included are two takedown cases, a .17 HMR
barrel and bolt conversion kit, a 25-06 barrel and bolt head, a 300 Winchester Magnum barrel with Swarovski Habicht 2.5-10x42 scope and bolt head, a 30-06 barrel with Zeiss Conquest 3-9x40 scope, four magazines, and a Zeiss Victory 2.5-10x50 illumination control scope.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original black finish with a few minor handling marks. Stock set is very fine with some handling marks, a few minor dings in the checkering, and a few handling marks on the side plates. Mechanically excellent. Cases are very fine with storage and handling marks. All included barrels are excellent. Scopes are all excellent with clear optics and crisp reticles and illumination untested on the Zeiss Victory.

   LOT 1459 Engraved Joh. Springer Pachmayr Presentation Sporting Bolt Action Rifle - Serial no. 23825, 30-06 cal., 24 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. The barrel was manufactured with a ramp beaded blade front sight, a notch rear sight, and marked “CUSTOM MADE FOR PACHMAYR GUN WORKS INC. LA. BY JOH. SPRINGER’s ERBEN, VIENNA”. The receiver is tapped for scope mounting. Jeweled bolt, extractor, and follower. Extensive floral scroll engraving on trigger guard and floor plate. The pistol grip stock has fancy diamond checkering with rosewood forend and brass pistol grip cap inscribed “DONATED BY NAN AND FRANK PACHMAYR TO WETLANDS FOR IOWA” and a vented Pachmayr White Line recoil pad. CONDITION: Professionally built and embellished. The rifle retains 98% blue finish with a few minor dings on the muzzle and some finish loss on top of the receiver. The stock is excellent with some minor scratches and pressure dents. Checkering is crisp. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,750 - 4,250

Factory Engraved Gebruder Merkel K3 Single Shot Rifle with Scope - Serial no. K3729, 257 WBY cal., 26 1/8 inch round bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Ramped blade front and fixed rear sights on the ported blued steel barrel which bears standard Merkel markings. The coin grey action features light scroll engraving along with a running stag scene on the left and a pair of hinds on the right. The rifle features the Merkel tang mounted safety/cocking piece. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered Schnabel tip forend and pistol grip stock with cheekpiece and rubber recoil pad. Includes a braided leather sling and a Leupold VX.R Patrol 3-9x40mm scope. The length of pull is 14 3/16 inches and the rifle weighs 7 lbs 4 oz (scope and sling included). CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes, minor handling evidence, a few slight marks in the wood, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. The scope optics are sharp. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 2,500 - 3,750
