Giovanelli Engraved Beretta Model 687 EELL Over/Under Shotgun Four Barrel Set with Box and Case - Serial no. F30414B, 12 gauge, 28 inch vent rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 2002. Blued Excelsior steel barrels with dual bead sights on the matted vent rib, standard Beretta markings and Italian proofs, and chambers marked 2 3/4 inches with automatic ejectors. The coin finished sideplated
action displays floral scroll engraving surrounding mallards in a marsh scene on the left, grouse in flight on the right, and a single woodcock
on the underside. The trigger plate is signed “Bottega C. Giovanelli” for the engraving firm. The gun features a single gold trigger and a tang mounted safety/ selector switch. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered forend with engraved fittings and pistol grip stock with blank gold inscription oval and Beretta recoil pad. Includes three extra 28 inch barrel sets, one of each in .410 bore, 28 gauge, and 20 gauge and the original shipping carton and a leather bound takedown case that house the whole set. Barrel measurements for the 20 gauge set (U/O): chambers marked 2 3/4 inches; bore diameter nine inches from the breech measured at .623/.621 inches; choke constriction .004/.006 inches; minimum wall thickness .048/.049 inches. Barrel measurements for the 28 gauge set (U/O): chambers marked 2 3/4 inches; bore diameter nine inches from the breech measured at .551/.555 inches; choke constriction .002/.002 inches; minimum wall thickness .045/.043 inches. Barrel measurements for the .410 bore set: chambers marked 2 1/2 inches. Barrel and stock measurements for the 12 gauge set (U/O): bore diameter nine inches from the breech proved at 18.5/18.4 mm (.728/.724 inches) and measured at .730/.727 inches; choke constriction .006/.008 inches; minimum wall thickness .045/.048 inches; 1 7/16 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel; 14 5/16 inch length of pull; cast-off; weight 7 lbs 10 oz. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes, limited handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Bottega C. Giovanelli Engraved Caesar Gurerini 20 Gauge Maxum Over/Under Shotgun with Case - Serial no. 115007, 20 gauge, 28 inch solid rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Single brass bead front sight on the flat, matted solid rib, standard barrel markings, 76 mm (3 inch) chambers with automatic ejectors, and interchangeable choke tubes (modified/improved modified installed). The coin finished sideplated action displays beautiful floral scroll engraving with “CAESAR/GUERINI” on either side and “MAXUM” on the underside. The signature “Bottega C. Giovanelli” is marked on the trigger plate. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered Schnabel tip forend with push button release and engraved shoe and
round knob pistol grip stock with ventilated rubber recoil pad. Includes a factory hard plastic takedown case. Barrel and stock measurements (U/O): bore diameter 9 inches from the breech both proved at 15.9 mm (.626 inches) and measured at .625/.626 inches; minimum wall thickness .032/.034 inches; 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 1/8 inch drop at heel; 15 1/4 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs 10 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes with limited handling evidence. Sauer & Sohn Sterling Over/Under Shotgun with Case - Serial no. 111033, 12 gauge, 28 inch vent rib bbl., blue/coin finish, walnut stock. Manufactured in 2006 by Caesar Guerini for J. P. Sauer & Sohn. Single white bead sight on the matted vent rib, standard markings including the import mark on the right side of the upper barrel, light engraving around the chamber, interchangeable chokes (cylinder/improved cylinder installed), and 3 inch chambers with automatic ejectors. The coin finished boxlock action features near full coverage floral scroll engraving, single gold trigger, and tang mounted manual safety/selector. Lightly figured, multi-point checkered forend with push button release and pistol grip stock with serrated wood recoil pad. Includes original shipping box, Sauer hard case, three extra chokes (modified, improved modified, and full), and three sets of Talley scope rings. Stock measurements: 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 3/16 inch drop at heel; 14 1/2 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs 5 oz. CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original finishes, limited handling evidence, and sharp checkering on the wood. The case is excellent and the box is very good. Mechanically excellent. Blued Excelsior steel barrels with steel bead sight on a ventilated rib, 3 inch chambers, interchangeable choke system, ejectors, and bands of engraving at the chamber. Coin action with light floral scroll engraving around an encircled Beretta Trident on either side as well as on the bottom surrounding a “P. Beretta/PB logo/Silver Pigeon”, single gold plated trigger, and selector safety. Mounted in a checkered pistol grip stock and Schnabel forend. Includes original box, an extra choke tube, and a Beretta folding knife. Stock measurements: drop at the comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at the heel 2 1/4 inches; length of pull. Weight 7 lbs. 5 oz. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue and coin finishes with limited handling marks and crisp engraving. Wood is very fine with scattered light handling marks and some dings. Mechanically excellent. Box is very good with storage and handling marks. Estimate: 1,800 - 2,750

Dual white bead sights on the matted, solid rib, top barrel marked “-ABERCROMBIE & FITCH CO. - NEW YORK-/-MADE IN
ITALY-” and “-U.S. AGENTS-” on the left and right respectively, 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors, and Briley choke system
added (modified/skeet installed). The coin grey sidelock action displays English style rose and scroll engraving with a silver inlaid pigeon
on the toplever. The gun features double triggers and a manual tang mounted safety switch. Highly figured, multi-point checkered semi-
Schnabel tip forend with engraved fittings and round knob pistol grip stock with Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. Includes a canvas bound
takedown case with snap caps, oiler, five extra choke tubes (improved cylinder, light modified, improved modified, light full, and full), and two 28 gauge full length barrel
inserts with insertion tool and two extra chokes. Stock measurements: 1 5/8 inch drop at comb; 2 inch drop at heel; 14 3/8 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs 6 oz.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes, slight separation of the rib toward the rear, light handling evidence, The revarnished wood is very fine with a few minor dings and scratches and sharp checkering. The case is very fine. Top barrel ejector does not always trip, otherwise mechanically excellent.
