Very Fine Devel/Smith & Wesson
Model 59 Semi Automatic Pistol with
Holster - Serial no. A611207.156, 9 mm
cal., 3 1/2 inch round bbl., nickel finish,
plastic grips. Manufactured in 1970-1980. Converted
by gunsmith Charles Kelsey, the Devel “Full-House”
conversion features recessed front sight (insert absent),
adjustable rear sight, satin nickel finish, fluted slide, shortened
grip, shortened frame, 3 1/2 inch barrel with polished feed ramp and
chamber, Devel barrel bushing installed to improve accuracy, Wolff
springs throughout, relieved
trigger guard area with finger
hook, bobbed hammer,
checkered plastic grips
with S&W logos and
“DEVEL” logos, and spiked
magazine floor plate. This
Model 59 Devel conversion
is numbered “156” to the right of
the original serial number. Includes a
leather holster, leather magazine carrier,
and two extra magazines.
CONDITION: Excellent as upgraded by Charles
Kelsey, retaining 99% plus satin nickel finish with some minor handling marks. Grips are very fine with minor handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Holster is very fine with storage and handling marks and some flex wear.

metal grips. Manufactured as a high-end pistol for
use in competition. Features fiber optic front and blacked out, serrated, adjustable rear sights, bull barrel inset into the front sight block, ambidextrous safety, extended magazine release, wide flared magazine well, and full length dust cover. Includes Atlas Gunworks soft case.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original black finish with very limited handling marks and sharp grip texturing. Mechanically excellent. Case is very fine with limited storage and handling marks.

finish, metal grips. Manufactured as a high-end pistol
for use in competition. Features fiber optic front and
blacked out, serrated, adjustable rear sights, bull barrel inset into the front sight block, ambidextrous safety, extended magazine release, wide flared magazine well, and full length dust cover. The slide has been topped off with a Trijicon RMR Type 2. Includes Atlas Gunworks soft case and rear sight block for use without optics.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original black finish with very limited handling marks and sharp grip texture. Mechanically excellent. Optic is excellent with clear glass. Case is also excellent with minimal storage and handling marks.

Rare Varsity Manufacturing A.H. Tompkins Single
Shot Pistol - Serial no. 40, 22 LR cal., 8 inch round bbl.,
blue finish, walnut stock. Number 40 out of approximately
200 manufactured between 1947 and 1953. This pistol features a hinged breech lock design
with blade front and adjustable notch rear sights, serrated trigger and hammer spur and one piece full length walnut stock with black plastic grip cap. Marked “A.H.TOMPKINS/SPRINGFIELD/MASS.,U.S.A.” on the top of the chamber with the patent information and serial number on the left side and “MF’D. AT/VARSITY MFG.CO.” on the right. With unmarked box and instructions sheet.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Estimate: 3,000 - 5,000

434, 9 mm Kurz (380 Auto) cal., 3 3/4 inch round bbl., black finish, plastic grips. Manufactured in 1987. Standard markings and features. Includes the original case, an extra magazine, and takedown tool.
CONDITION: Very fine overall, retaining 97% plus original black finish with limited handling marks, some spots of oxidation behind the trigger, and crisp grip texturing. Mechanically excellent.

Heckler & Koch P7 K3 Semi-Automatic Pistol with .22 LR and 7.65mm Conversion Kit - Serial no. USA-442, 9 mm Kurz (380 Auto) cal., 3 3/4 inch round bbl., black finish, plastic grips. Manufactured
in 1994. Standard markings and features. Includes original case, an extra rear sight, and extra grip panel. Also included is a complete conversion kit for .22 long rifle and 7.65 mm ammunition. The kit includes
a .22 LR slide, barrels for both .22 and 7.65 mm, takedown tool, and two extra magazines for each caliber.
CONDITION: Excellent overall, retaining 99% plus original black finish with limited handling marks, and crisp grip texturing. Mechanically excellent. Conversion kit is excellent with minimal storage and handling marks.

Whitney Firearms Wolverine Semi-Automatic Pistol with Box -
Serial no. 100564, 22 LR cal., 4 1/2 inch round bbl., bright finish, plastic
grips. Manufactured between 1955 and 1962 with a futuristic, space
age design that utilized a cast aluminum frame in lieu of the standard
steel frames of the day. It was a straight blow-back design that used
a round bolt inside the upper part of the frame with exposed cocking
knobs on the rear of the frame and an exposed hammer. With fixed
front and rear sights and standard markings. Includes reproduction
box and papers.
CONDITION: Exceptionally fine overall, mirror bright polish finish
with limited handling marks and crisp grip checkering. Mechanically
excellent. The box is near mint with limited storage and
handling marks.

Excellent Scarce Nickel Smith & Wesson Model 39 Semi-Automatic Pistol with
Factory Letter - Serial no. 35950, 9 mm para cal., 4 inch round bbl., nickel finish,
walnut grips. Manufactured in 1962 with standard markings and features. The included factory letter confirms the current configuration as well as shipment to Charles Daly Co. in Elmsford, New York on 18 July 1962.
CONDITION: Excellent, retains 99% plus of the original nickel finish with a few scattered very light handling marks. The grips are also excellent with only the slightest handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
