Exceptional Factory Engraved Marlin 16 Gauge Model 31 Grade D Slide Action Shotgun - Serial no. 1249, 16 gauge, 28 inch round bbl., blue finish, highly figured checkered walnut stock. Manufactured between 1914 and 1917. Blued Special Smokeless
Steel barrel with single steel bead on the matted
top, standard markings, and choke constriction measured at .020 inches. The blued action
displays a trio of ruffed grouse in a field scene on the left and both a pair of mallards and a
woodcock on the right all surrounded by fine floral scrollwork. Based on the time of manufacture, this gun was very likely engraved
by Alden George Ulrich who was doing much of the engraving for Marlin at the time. Beautifully figured, fancy checkered forend and semi-pistol grip stock with hard rubber buttplate. Stock measurements: 1 1/2 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel; 13 1/2 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs 14 oz. CONDITION: Extremely fine overall, retaining 90% plus original blue finish, scattered minor spotting, some areas of dried grease, a few minor marks in the wood, and crisp checkering in the
 very fine wood. Mechanically excellent.

Factory Engraved Marlin Model 19-S Slide Action Shotgun -
Serial no. 122065, 12 gauge, 30 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Blued Special Smokeless Steel barrel with single steel bead sight, standard markings, serial number “101140”, and choke measured full. The blued action displays beautiful scroll engraving surrounding four mallards in flight on the left and a pair of pigeons on the right (bolt). Nicely figured, multi-point checkered forend and semi-pistol grip stock with hard rubber Marlin buttplate. Stock measurements: 1 7/8 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel;
 13 5/8 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs 3 oz.
CONDITION: Very good, retaining 40% original blue finish with the balance a mix of brown and grey patina, some scattered light oxidation, and mild handling evidence. The wood is also very
good with numerous dings and scratches on the butt and worn but well-defined checkering. Mechanically excellent.

Marlin Model 19 Slide Action Shotgun with Extra Barrel Assembly - Serial no. 5750, 12 gauge, 26 inch round bbl., blue finish, walnut stock. Blued steel barrel with single steel bead sight, standard markings, improved cylinder choke, and serial number “5887”. Blued action with casehardened hammer. Lightly figured 17-groove forend and semi-pistol grip stock with non-factory ventilated rubber white line recoil pad. Includes an extra 30 inch barrel with full choke that is numbered “6548”. Stock measurements: 1 5/8 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel; 13 1/2 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs 3 oz. CONDITION: Fine, retaining 85% original blue finish, strong traces of case colors on the hammer, some spotting throughout, and mild handling evidence. Mechanically excellent.
