Number 534 Colt Python Double Action
Revolver - Serial no. 534, 357 magnum
cal., 6 inch vent rib bbl., blue finish, walnut grips.
Manufactured in 1956, the second year of production
for the Colt Python revolver. These revolvers have come
to symbolize the pinnacle of Colt’s masterfully crafted and
tuned revolvers as well as being the last in a long line of truly hand-fitted double actions. Many firearms enthusiasts and writers have described the Colt Python as “the finest production revolver ever made”. It is fitted with a ramped blade front sight mounted on the matted vent rib and a frame mounted adjustable notch rear sight, grooved trigger, checkered hammer, and a pair of checkered grips
with gold Colt medallions. Matching serial number “534” is on the yoke and crane, with “VP” and “J” on the left near the trigger guard.
CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 97% plus original blue finish with some muzzle and cylinder leading edge wear, as well as a cylinder drag line. Grips are also excellent with crisp checkering.

vent rib bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured in 1984. Standard markings
and features. Includes Colt “woodgrain” box numbered to the gun. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining 99% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks, a cylinder drag line, and crisp grip checkering. Mechanically
excellent. Box is very
good with storage and handling marks and a partially torn end label edge. Provenance: The Milan J. Turk Collection.

Manufactured in 1966. Standard markings and features. Fitted with checkered walnut grips with silver Colt medallions.
CONDITION: Excellent with 99% plus of the original blue finish with a few minor dings on the left side of the barrel and a faint cylinder drag line. The grips are excellent with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Provenance: The Milan J. Turk Collection.

markings and features. Fitted with checkered walnut grips with silver Colt medallions. Complete with brown leather holster. CONDITION: Excellent with 99% original
blue finish with only very slight handling marks. The grips are fine with scattered scratches and dings in the checkered areas. The checkering is still crisp
overall. Mechanically excellent.

rib bbl., blue finish, walnut grips. Manufactured
in 1964. With a pinned ramp front and fully adjustable
rear target sights. Features the classic highly polished
Colt royal blue finish with standard markings. Fitted with
checkered walnut grips with gold Colt medallions.
CONDITION: Excellent overall with 99% original blue finish and only minimal light handling marks. The grips are excellent. Mechanically excellent. Provenance: The Milan J. Turk Collection.
