Full-time Customer Service Representative

Essential Job Functions
• Customer contact regarding various auction services
o Catalog purchasing, placing bids, winning bids, shipment arrangements, etc.
• Maintains customer accounts by updating account information
• Keeps records of customer interactions
• Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Handles confidential and pertinent information, taking payment information, addresses and phone numbers
• Documents customer concerns or service problems by clarifying and/or finding the appropriate person to expedite resolution
• Builds client-business relationships with premium clientele
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
• Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/team targets and call quotas
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

Full-time Collectable Carrier and Warehouse Handler

Essential Job Functions
Collectables Carrier
• Travel throughout the United States for 7-10 days at a time (length of trip will vary)
• Safely and respectfully handle collectables
• Carefully pack items for shipping or transport
• Work and drive in a safe manner
• Accurately complete forms, documentation of the product, and any customer instructions
• Complete all logs and documentation timely as required by RIAC and all State and Federal agencies
• Comply with all government and company regulations at all times
Collectables Handler
• Handle collectables and pack items for shipping/delivery
• Moving collectables throughout the warehouse
• Must be able to work in a safe manner
• Set-up floor layout and displays for auctions
• Build custom crates as needed
• Comply with all state and federal regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Job Specific Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Highly organized and motivated
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record (no DUI record for the last 7 years)
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical
• Currently certified with a class B or C license (Class D for IA residents), or the ability to obtain certification through a written and driving test (Company paid)
• Required to work auction weekends (approximately 5 per year)
• Travel approximately 50% of the time with the ability to be on the road from a one-day trip to a week or more at a time

Physical
• Driving for long periods of time
• Routinely lifts up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly required to stand for long periods of time, with frequent bending, squatting, kneeling and stooping, use of hands to reach and feel; reads and writes, speaks and hears; has visual acuity correctable to 20/20; works with and around products associated with firearms

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of collectible firearms a plus but not required
