Manufactured between 1943 and 1947 when factory records are unavailable. Fixed front ramp sight with an elevator rear sight on the barrel with the standard address, model, and caliber markings. The tang markings are absent, and a Weaver G4 adjustable scope has been side mounted on the receiver with an "N2" mount. Full tubular magazine and plain forearm and straight grip stock with a checkered steel buttplate.

Very good with 80% blue, worn on the edges. A few light scratches and dings are scattered about, along with some minor high edge wear. The scope tube has some light wear and a brown patina on the eyepiece, and the optics are very good. The replaced stock is good as revarnished, with some scratching and pressure dents, a few filled areas, some moderate scrapes around the toe, and a slightly undersized buttplate. The action is excellent.
