Description:

1) E.A. Armstrong (Chicago) Templar-style sword, 30" refinished blade with etched designs, brass cut-through guard, wood grip with inlaid cross and helm pommel with bird. Nickel sheath with raised brass designs. 2) Unmarked sword, 31 inch single fuller blade with a silver guard and pommel and a fluted bone grip. Bronze sheath with hanging rings. 3) Unmarked U.S. Model 1840 NCO sword, 31 3/4" single fuller blade, down-turned counter guard, bronze hilt, wire wrapped grip and scabbard. 4) G.H. Berger (Washington, D.C.) U.S. Model 1902 Officer's Saber, 32 1/2 inch etched single fuller blade with "Frank G. McGuoe" in a panel on the right, with a heavily battered guard, grooved horn grip and battered sheath. 5) Horstmann & Sons (Philadelphia) fraternal sword, 27 1/2 inch etched blade, brass hilt decorated with arrays of arms and oak leaves, and a metal sheath with raised designs. All items fair or better.
