Single bead sight on the laminated steel barrels, with extractor, recurve hammers, double triggers, scroll engraving on the frame, locks and trigger guard, and refinished checkered knob grip stock with Schnabel tip forearm and hard rubber buttplate with elaborate game scene. Improved cylinder chokes, 2 1/2" chambers and 14 1/2" pull.

OB - EXCELLENT- all original parts; over 80% original finish; sharp lettering, numerals and design on metal; unmarred wood.

Produced circa 1885. Single bead sight, twist steel barrels with doll's head extension, "RIKARD" on each lock, double triggers, recurve hammers, and checkered knob grip stock. Improved cylinder and modified chokes, 2 3/4 inch chambers, and 14" pull.

OC - FINE- all original parts; over 30% original finish, sharp lettering, numerals and design on metal and wood; minor marks in wood.

Produced circa 1890. Single bead sight, Damascus steel barrels with club-shaped doll's head extension, Lovell's address on the rib and each engraved lock, double triggers, recurve hammers, and checkered knob grip stock with horn grip cap, "S" marked initial oval and hard rubber butt with impressed hunter scene. Improved cylinder and full chokes, 2 1/2 inch chambers, and 13" pull.

OD - VERY GOOD- all original parts; none to 30% original finish; original metal surfaces smooth with all edges sharp; clear lettering, numerals and design on metal; wood slightly scratched or bruised.

Produced circa 1870, later sleeved to 12 gauge. Single bead sight, Damascus barrels, Liege address on each lock plate, extensive scrollwork on the frame, hammer, locks and trigger guard, with game scenes on the latter two. Burl walnut straight grip stock with a game scene engraved buttplate. 2 3/4" chambers, open chokes and 14" length of pull.
