Standard markings and features, "4-43" dated barrel, arsenal reparkerized finish, numbered bolt, front sight cover, green canvas sling, and original box.

NC - FINE- All original finish 90% - 94% or better, some dings in wood wear commensurable with percent of finish. In working order.

Extremely early original WWI, four digit serial number, correct barrel. Dated "8-17" correct "W" marked stock, bolt and some small parts, standard features with a leather sling. Stock may have been lightly cleaned, but not sanded, proofs still visible. Blue loss on the exposed parts, barrel bands, bolt body and front end of barrel.
