Dated 1887 on the bright receiver, "Unit marked,6.R./ 15.217." on the heel. Complete with rare brass muzzle cover, mismatch bolt. Wood shows numerous pressure dents from use.

NB - EXCELLENT- near new condition 95% - 98%, used but little, no noticeable marring of wood or metal, bluing near perfect (some wear at muzzle or sharp edges can be expected).

Good example of a 1950's DCM sales rifle, barrel and receiver drilled and tapped for scope blocks, barrel dated, SA/Ordnance Bomb/ "7-37" Matching bolt, walnut service stock with boxed "SA" cartouche on the left side, complete with canvas sling. 99% arsenal reparkerized finish.
