This is a modified German Wehrmannsgewehr, service rifle. The barrel and stock have been shortened. New ramp blade front and 300m tangent rear sights, commercial Mauser banner marked receiver, commercial, sling swivels, decorative grip cap and flat butt, matching bolt. The top of the barrel is marked "A.Sirovar - Nordhausen".

Blade and ladder sights, with a Nazi "eagle/ swastika" proof on the receiver. Smooth pistol grip stock with "73" marked on the upper handguard, "WaA623" on the buttstock and a flat butt. Re-Arsenal dipped blue finish, clear matching stock numbers lined out and renumbered.
