Description:

The muzzle loading cannon was manufactured by South Bend Replicas and measures 38 1/2" L x 5" Dia. at the fuse hole. Cast iron with a 1 1/2" smooth bore steel insert. The wood and metal carriage was manufactured by Cannon Limited with 29" Dia. Steel banded, wood spoked wheels. Overall dimensions are 67" L x 39" W x 29" T and weighs approximately 125 pounds assembled. Complete with a rammer, bore sponge, worm, 11 fuses and a gunners pick. The cannon and metal components are fine showing some flaking of the black finish and a few areas of minor surface oxidation, mostly on the wheel bands. The olive drab finished wood is fine with a few light handling marks.
