Manufactured in 1896. Floral and punch dot engraving on the barrel and cylinder flats. Front sight absent and gold finish under the nickel. Factory letter state 45 caliber, 4 3/4" barrel, blue finish and rubber grips at the time of shipment to Simmons Hardware in St. Louis, Missouri on October 27, 1896.
