Manufactured in 1907. Signed "DW HARRIS" on the bottom of the grip strap. Floral scroll engraving with a punch dot background on the barrel, cylinder flats, frame and back strap. There is a shell design on the recoil shield and loading gate, and a star burst on the trigger guard. Numbers match, standard markings remain and the revolver is fitted with smooth ivory grips with silver Colt medallions. The accompanying factory letter verifies the caliber and barrel length, the grips as "Not Listed" and the finish blue at the time it was shipped as 1 to Belknap Hardware & Mfg. Company in Louisville, Kentucky on July 13, 1907.
