The receiver ring has the Columbian Crest that depicts the Andean Condor, over the words: "LIBERTAD Y ORDEN" which translates to Liberty and Order. In the center of the crest is a shield that is broken into three portions with the Columbian national flag drapped on the sides of the crest.
