War Party Bronze by Karl Kauba (Vienna 19th Century). This long panoramic bronze sculpture shows five Indians on horseback charging forward with guns and tomahawks raised up over their heads as to charge against their opponents to vanquish them. A great depiction of the start of an Indian War. Signed on the bottom bronze base Carl Kauba. The bronze rests on a beveled green marble rectangular plinth. Bronze dimensions: Height 14" x Length 41" x Width 9". Marble plinth: Height 1 1/2" x Length 33" x Width 11". Weight approximately 90 lbs. Excellent condition.
