OE - GOOD - some minor replacement parts; metal smoothly rusted or lightly pitted in places, cleaned; principal lettering, numerals and design on metal legible; lightly scratched, bruised or minor cracks repaired; in good working order.

Description:

The case lid is marked "W. Cochran" on the plaque. Includes a Grand Army of the Republic medal and a photograph of a husband and wife (in a half frame/case). Consignor note: Original owner was Civil War soldier William H. Cochran. He served from 1861-1864.
