This revolver was manufactured in 1867 during the tumultuous years following the Civil War and likely provided a sense of security to its owner. It comes in a hardwood case with fitted interior containing F. Joyce & Co. percussion cap tin, combination screwdriver and nipple wrench, Colt's patent dual cavity bullet mold, shell pattern powder flask, and several lead balls.
