Description:

Designed by Ford and manufactured by Kaiser and AM General Corp. from 1959 to 1982, this is an example of one of the longest serving U.S. military vehicles and one rarely seen on domestic roads. Fitted with a 2.3L inline 4 cylinder motor, full independent coil spring suspension, and a 4 speed manual transmission with reverse. The inspection and delivery placard on the dash lists the model, specifications and the year of delivery as "1971". The hood has been decorated with "ISLAND TIME" on both sides in paint, and the windshield has a British Virgin Islands registration sticker. Seats 4 and includes a spare tire. Most M151s were either sold as surplus to foreign governments or simply destroyed by the government. Condition is very good in appearance, mechanically untested.
