Manufactured in the early 1950s. With a Hammer-brand pocketknife (poor), a Miller-Rose brand cleaning rod, a pith helmet with an Illinois State Police badge hand-marked "RAMSDELL", and a 4-pistol bench case with a 1955 NRA Indoor Pistol Championships patch and a brass plaque marked "DON RAMSDELL/ILL STATE POLICE". Consignor notes attribute the entire lot to Ramsdell, and research confirms a Don Ramsdell active with the ISP in the mid-1950s.
