1) OAL 39 1/4" with a 33 1/2" blade marked "NASHVILLE PLOW WORKS" and "CS / 1862". Inscribed "Cpt. W.A. N.C. 1864" on the back of the hilt. 2) OAL 38 1/4" with 32 1/4" lightly etched blade. Marked "1AFXX /7" on the guard with "3" under the "XX" marks. Condition: Both fine with moderate overall wear including oxidation and pitting. The first's markings are spurious.
