Description:

1) Large green chest for storing two Thompson submachine guns marked "CHEST' T.S.M.G./CAL. 45/CAPACITY - 2 GUNS" on the lid and nomenclature on the back reading "SUBMACHINE GUN/45 CAL M1A1". Fair with oxidation and corrosion on the metal fittings, scrapes and dents throughout, and some painted over markings. 2) Rice Stix Dry Goods Company U.S. Army field desk. The desk shows two of what appear to be bullet holes and a sizeable chunk missing from the back edge with numerous pieces of visible lead shrapnel and small holes. Fair all but one of the internal drawers are absent, with heavy discoloration on the exterior, weak interior drawer frame. 3) Frankford Arsenal ammunition crate marked "2000 PISTOL BALL CARTRIDGES, CAL. 45/MODEL OF 1911/FOR AUTO PISTOL CAL. 45 MODEL OF 1911/MANUFACTURED AT FRANKFORD ARSENAL". Fair the lettering is legible, with worn paint, dents throughout, chips and general storage wear.
