With two factory tags, one marked "Prototype M1100 S/G 3" Mag. Chamber" and the other marked "Prototype 3" Feeding". LOP: 14". The included FN America Certificate of Provenance identifies the shotgun by model and serial number, stating that it was previously a part of the Winchester Factory Collection where it was maintained by U.S. Repeating Arms.
