Manufactured in 1950 and subsequently masterfully engraved by well-known engraver Neil Hartliep of Cherokee, Iowa. Extensive floral scroll on the receiver spilling onto the barrel at the breech along with a gold inlaid bear scene on the left and stag scene on the right of the receiver along with the Master Engraver's "N.HARTLIEP" signature. Silver borders and bands are inlaid on the receiver, barrel, and lever. Mounted with a checkered and floral scroll carved forearm and straight grip stock with a checkered buttplate.
