Description:

12 1/2" rapidly curved blade (measured straight from hilt to tip) with gold accented etching with niter blued backgrounds ("crown/R" among the designs), checkered grip, gilt brass hilt with chain knuckle guard, and leather scabbard with gild brass fittings including a "S. Isaac & Co./Portsea" marked throat. Very fine with mostly bright blade with strong original niter blue and gold remaining, patches of pitting near the base on each side, strong gold finish on the brass, "170" scratched on the throat in tiny numerals, and split/cut edges of the scabbard.
