Description:

1) C. Roby U.S. Model 1860 Light Cavalry Saber with 35" curved blade, "1861" or "1864" date, brass hilt with "G" marking, wire and leather wrapped grip, and metal scabbard. Attributed by the consignor as captured and reissued by Georgia. Fine with mottle patina along the blade, dark aged patina and buff lines on the hilt, moderately worn grip, and dents, dark patina, and mild pitting on the scabbard. 2) Ames U.S. Model 1840 Light Artillery Saber dated "1864" with 32 1/4" blade, brass hilt, and wire and leather wrapped grip. Fine with fairly bright blade with minor pitting and staining, deep aged patina on the hilt, moderate wear on the grip, and fairly strong blue finish mixed with dark patina on the scabbard. 3) Mole British saber with 31" curved blade and iron hilt. Attributed as Confederate used. Fair with brown patina and oxidation, sections of the grip absent, and moderate overall wear.
