Has a "GMP" maker's mark. This marking on a wheel-lock with two dogs, possibly referencing this specific lock, is listed as dating to c. 1620 in "Der Neue Stockel" by Heer. Includes a wooden display stand. Untested. Very good with minor pitting and wear.
