Manufactured 1910, "TEXAS STATE PENITENTIARIES" engraved on right of barrel. The included factory letter confirms the current configuration (grips not listed) including the inscription, as well as shipment to Norvell Shapleigh Hardware Company in St. Louis for A.M. Barton on 3 November 1910.
