Scarce World War I flying German ace "The Red Baron" bronze by F. Preis (German 19/20th century) the statue bears the signature of Manfred Richthofen (1892-1918) in the wearing his flying suit with goggles on top of his head strapped to his leather helmet. He proudly wears the blue max German medal of honor; the highest medal that a WWI German aviator could wear. The bronze is signed on the back F. Preis and rest on a circular black marble plinth: dimensions 18x7x9 inches, weight" 30lbs and in very good overall condition.
