With a commercial case, hand rest and pistol grip attachments, and an extra single trigger assembly. Rifle is pictured and identified in the 2002 edition of G. Scott Jamieson's "Bullard Firearms" on pages 182 and 183 where it is listed as being rebore to 22 K-Hornet.
