Manufactured 1912. With floral tooled holster rig by S.D. Myres, El Paso, Texas. Per consignor this Bisley was owned by Benjamin F. Harris (1886-1952). He was President of the Oil Well Supply Company and National Tube Company, and was an advisor to the President of US Steel during WWII.
